Insurance Response Notifications
We would love a way to eliminate the notifications for insurance responses once we have looked at them. If this is already an option, we would love to know how to access it. We currently have 882 notifications, but we see that there are no actions to take currently.

Claim view
Hi,
As a biller, the new set-up for claim batch viewing is not useful.
Needed is the old view with the DOS of each claim in the batch filed.
Also needed is the option to arrange the entire batch in alphabetical order. Not just per page.
These are old features that changed recently. Please give the option to change back to the old view options.1 vote -

we need the arrow button back when scrolling from claim to claim. There is no reason to go back to the batch to look at the next claim. It takes you to the first page no matter which page you are on. Before, the date for pre-auths was 01/01/01 now each claim has to be looked at to see if completed or pre-auth. All claims show the date batched. There are several things like this that are making it much more inconvienent in my opinion.

I HATE THAT YOU'VR REMOVED THE ABILITY TO GO THROUGH A BATCH CLAIM BY CLAIM ONCE IN THE EDITING SCREEN!

printing
you need to bring back the option of printing the list of claims that were filed.
Once you up loaded claims you used to be able to print the list which showed what patient, insurance and date of service was filed so you could keep it or use it to make notes of documenting it was done.1 vote -
PROBLEMS WITH WEBPAGE UPDATE
1) FAILED BY APEX. BEFORE THE "UPDATE", I COULD MOVE BETWEEN FAILED CLAIMS BY THE GRAY BAR AT THE TOP LEFT ON THE CLAIM. NOW YOU MAKE ME WASTE TIME GOING IN AND OUT TO FIND THE NEXT FAILED CLAIM. DUMB.
2) WHEN I HAVE MORE THEN "10" FAILED CLAIMS, I CHANGE SHOW TO 25 OR 50 ENTRIES, THEN YOU MAKE GO OUT OF A FIXED CLAIM. IT THEN DEFAULTS BACK TO 10. JUST LEAVE IT AT WHAT I SET IT TO SHOW.
3) I GET SO TIRED OF COMPANIES CHANGING THEIR WEB PAGES. USUALLY THEY MAKE IT WORSE. LIKE…0 votes -

I have Revolution EHR. Are you having trouble? I can't seem to submit my last batch of claims - it won't go thru.

Attaching Primary EOB
Blue Cross always denies secondary claims for this family & requests a copy of original EOB. The Ability to attach a PDF for a Primary EOB on a secondary claim would be very beneficial and time saving on my end!

Here's an idea... How about you have staff available on business days to address APEX errors? Phone calls get a H/U.
