Necessary to incorporate for smooth workflow
Hello, i was just informed that apex has not been receiving ANY of the bills i submitted through CE and this is due to needing to change my password every 3 months?! I use other portals for insurance billing and when its time to change the password, it will warn me that I have X amount of days to change it. I HIGHLY recommend that this be incorporated into your system as I am now just finding out that none of my superbills have processed since NOV 7th?!?! It seems like an unnecessary hassle on my side simply because your system is not made to send out reminders that it is time to change the password. I hate to come off so upset but I am.
