  4. Removing provider from CMS when no longer at practice

    Have a previous provider removed from the CMS form options when a provider is removed from the account. Our doctors divorced and he left the practice, and he no longer should be showing for the drop down. Causing a lot of extra work to fix claims before being able to be processed.

  8. More options on EOB report view

    Is there a way to mark electronic EOBs as unread or completed on report view after opening them the first time? I prefer to use the report view for printing/client input on my end, however sometimes I'll be in the middle of working an EOB and have to log out or step away then I have to come back to search for that EOB again. I feel like if I had more options than just delete in report view that would help with that process. Thanks!

    I wish there was a way to print the list of rejected claims. If there already is a way, it is not user friendly enough for me to figure it out. Please help.

  10. Attaching Primary EOB

    Blue Cross always denies secondary claims for this family & requests a copy of original EOB. The Ability to attach a PDF for a Primary EOB on a secondary claim would be very beneficial and time saving on my end!

    Client ID RVX On my page it still shows that I have 2 unread EOBs but I am not able to find them, I have looked back as far as I can. Could you help retrieve them or clear the number 2 off. thank you

  18. When you have issues with your server so it is not communicating for claims, there should be a pop up when we log in that tells us that, as

    When you have issues with your server so it is not communicating for claims, there should be a pop up when we log in that tells us that, as of day and time so we don't waste time trying to use the portal & then calling you to see if it is you or me where the problem exists. Then when it is rectified, a pop up should occur saying it is okay with day and time related to the down time.
