Hello, This is my 2nd attempt to figure out why I'm showing 15 electronic EOBs but nothing shows for the EOBs. Can you please help.

Adding a claim status complete....my EOB use this. I have asked multiple times and have tried to call. this is any easy addition and would save people a lot of time!!

Attachment Difficulties
Hello, I am unable to send attachments. Please help! I have always sent my attachments through Vyne because it was unavailable through Apex. But since the Apex system started allowing attachments to be sent at the end of 2022, it blocked or made ineffective the Vyne software making so I had to cancel with them. I was okay to do this knowing that I could now upload and send my attachments with Apex. However, It stopped working and now I have NO way of sending attachments at all. Need the right arrow back when editing
Please put back the right arrow when editing failed claims! going back to the batch is very time consuming when editing several claims.

Save claim as PDF
It would be great to be able to export a claim so I can save it as a PDF to my computer and print it from there.

Improve Insurance Response Tab
Under the Insurance Response tab, If a claim is rejected, if the system could provide a reason for rejection, that would be extremely helpful and cut down on time needed to contact Customer Service.

Pending claims
The claims that are selected to pend for attachment need to be in a separate tab at the top like before. I usually send attachments once a week as we have SO MANY and I now have to skip through each page of claim to find the ones pending....unless I am missing something.

Secondary Access
It would be convenient to be able to prepare the secondary claim from the "Failed By Apex" tab instead of seeing which secondary claim failed and then having to do a separate search under claim status.

claims report needs put back into apex
the recent update that you did removed the claims report and you can no longer use it I would strongly suggest that in your next update you add that feature again because it is a very useful and efficient tool it help us with reconciling our daily batches

Necessary to incorporate for smooth workflow
Hello, i was just informed that apex has not been receiving ANY of the bills i submitted through CE and this is due to needing to change my password every 3 months?! I use other portals for insurance billing and when its time to change the password, it will warn me that I have X amount of days to change it. I HIGHLY recommend that this be incorporated into your system as I am now just finding out that none of my superbills have processed since NOV 7th?!?! Claim view
Hi,
As a biller, the new set-up for claim batch viewing is not useful.
Needed is the old view with the DOS of each claim in the batch filed.
Also needed is the option to arrange the entire batch in alphabetical order. Not just per page.
These are old features that changed recently. Please give the option to change back to the old view options.1 vote
