Excel format for Claims
Would like option on Portal to convert history for the month's claims handled in the option to Excel format due to acquisitions of businesses that may impact mid-month needing to be split for reimbursement.

Secondary tool not concise
When submitting claims to a secondary payer that IS Medicare secondary payer, there needs to be an option in Medicare Insurance Type Code field to indicate this. None of the ones that populate now DO NOT indicate that we are submitting to Medicare as Secondary.
Also, in the adjustments fields, the amount due by the patient should not be listed there if the balance is being submitted to the secondary. Plus the adjustment reason states patient responsibility and should actually indicate what the balance is, i.e. deductible, not covered.1 vote -

Claims Review
I'd like to have a box I could check off when looking at a specific patient's claims or a choice from the drop down menu that says review/worked so as I review claims/eobs I know those claims were examined previously - would be a big time saver

I have looked over a claim for Dallas Furness and everything is there and correct with the card on file I don't see anything missing or invalid so I re-submitted. Who knows???1 vote -

Failed claims
Per the Apex payor list the address for Tricare West is PO Box 7065 Camden SC 29020-7065

Predetermination/Preauthorization # field when submitting claim for payment after treatment is completed

Hi. We routinely send pre-estimates for procedures that require attachments.
When we send the claim after treatment is completed, the claim number for the pre-estimate is placed in field number 2. So why does your system pend the claim for attachments??? That means we either have to send new attachments or look up the number of the previous attachment. Your system is supposed to save us time, not make us waste our time.

Printed Claims/Pending Attachment
Claims that are printed and mailed by apex because the carrier either doesn't accept electronic claims or do not accept electronic attachments should go to pending attachments (or another tab) with an error message for the office to print and send with attachments. The claims should not be mailed with out

Re-submission button shouldn't work twice
After re-submitting a claim the resubmitting button should either change to send, no longer work, or load to the batch screen. Unless I am missing something re-sending the same claim over and over is unnecessary. Accidentally pushing the button twice clutters up my batch screen by forcing me to delete a batch.

other dental insurance information
on Box #4 why when "NO" is selected does not erase all the other insurance information, we can delete all boxes except # 7 (gender) and #10 (relationship)
