  2. 2 factor security for login

    Hello, just getting started and had my onboarding meeting today. For the dev team--I would love the option of having a 2 factor authentification for login for extra security. Is that a possibility? Thanks, Ethan

  3. POTF font

    The proof of timely filing printout would be helpful if it were legible. The font is extremely small and since most of those are faxed to the payers, it makes it hard to make them out.

  4. how not to show claim is a duplicate

    I was told when I have a corrected claim to write CORRECTEDCLAIM on line 19 so claims will not be kicked back as duplicate but this is still happening. My suggestion is when box 22 has a 7 or 8 in it so resubmit it, not kick back as duplicate. Barri K

  5. Printed Claims/Pending Attachment

    Claims that are printed and mailed by apex because the carrier either doesn't accept electronic claims or do not accept electronic attachments should go to pending attachments (or another tab) with an error message for the office to print and send with attachments. The claims should not be mailed with out

  7. Prepopulated items

    On the claim, have the option to prepopulate information. When we bill we use the same thing for each patient the only thing that changes all the time is the date and if they are a new patient the CPT changes. it would be faster for me when i bill if the place of service is prepopulated the DX code, thepointer the charges and the units, for none of those in our case never change. On naivinet this is already filled in for us, hopefully this will be an option for us as well here.

  11. Re-submission button shouldn't work twice

    After re-submitting a claim the resubmitting button should either change to send, no longer work, or load to the batch screen. Unless I am missing something re-sending the same claim over and over is unnecessary. Accidentally pushing the button twice clutters up my batch screen by forcing me to delete a batch.

  13. List of Approved Payer's ERAs

    It would be helpful to have access to a full list of approved payers. We have a list of Claims Enrollment payers within our account information, but this doesn't help us know what EOBs we can access through Apex. When we've used other clearinghouses, we've found access to all payer approvals for sending claims and receiving EOBs. This would be a helpful tool since there are two separate areas within Apex we need to access to obtain all EOBs available. If we had this feature, we could also verify if we're missing payments.

  14. other dental insurance information

    on Box #4 why when "NO" is selected does not erase all the other insurance information, we can delete all boxes except # 7 (gender) and #10 (relationship)

    Letting us pick or star "favorites" when using the eligibility tool under insurance. Because we typically only use the same few and scrolling every time is time consuming.

  17. Manually mark claims as paid

    It would be nice to be able to manually mark claims as paid if EOB's do not go through APEX. When you pull a claims report it would be nice to not see claims that no longer need tracking.

    Please update your accounting. Twice now for DEC and Jan 2020 payments, we have provided and shown proof of payment for monthly statement. Why do you not see the payment on your end?

  20. electronic eobs

    Electronic EOBS, under Individual EOBS is always one day late on getting EOBS versus "report view" the older view version (seems to get eob displayed a day earlier) i noticed. If you want us to use the Individual EOBS, then pls update so this is the same in obtaining eobs as the older version.
