Secondary Access
It would be convenient to be able to prepare the secondary claim from the "Failed By Apex" tab instead of seeing which secondary claim failed and then having to do a separate search under claim status.

Necessary to incorporate for smooth workflow
Hello, i was just informed that apex has not been receiving ANY of the bills i submitted through CE and this is due to needing to change my password every 3 months?! I use other portals for insurance billing and when its time to change the password, it will warn me that I have X amount of days to change it. I HIGHLY recommend that this be incorporated into your system as I am now just finding out that none of my superbills have processed since NOV 7th?!?! Claim view
Hi,
As a biller, the new set-up for claim batch viewing is not useful.
Needed is the old view with the DOS of each claim in the batch filed.
Also needed is the option to arrange the entire batch in alphabetical order. Not just per page.
These are old features that changed recently. Please give the option to change back to the old view options.1 vote -

Please bring back the report for submitted claims by batch number.

we need the arrow button back when scrolling from claim to claim. There is no reason to go back to the batch to look at the next claim. It takes you to the first page no matter which page you are on. Before, the date for pre-auths was 01/01/01 now each claim has to be looked at to see if completed or pre-auth. All claims show the date batched. There are several things like this that are making it much more inconvienent in my opinion.

Batch display & Pending Attachments
Just wanted to state I am not a fan of the new way to navigate claims on the batch page. It is much more inconvenient to me. Things that were automatically flagged to be pended for attachments are not automatically done now....such as dentures and crowns. I just wanted to weigh in! Credit request
Good Afternoon,
I found out today that our request for a credit was denied for misuse of the software. I disagree. I contacted support over an issue I was having and your support department stated that they needed to do an update of the software we were using. She ran the update without even noting the file path. I had to call AMS to find out the file path. There were calls back and forth between my office and Apex. She never reset the screen the right way after she did the update and never checked off the delete after…

Batch arrows
We are a private pay office but still bill on the patients behalf. This means that we have to manually put in the total in box 29. There use to be batch arrows to move to the next claim. Since that has been removed we have to go back to the full batch and then to the page. We also noticed that when we return to the page the patient names don't stay in order. They jump around, that means we have to write all the names and cross them off as we go to ensure we did not miss…

Back-up delete box
Electronic EOB reports: ERA and ERAM reports when you 'accidentally' click DELETE. Why doesn't it ask 'Are you sure you want to delete' before deleting? The boxes are right next to each other!

Customer Service
I Just spent over 3 hours not including the wait times on hold for a support rep. to fix a sign in issue. Long story short you need to explain the new password requirements on the change password page. You DON'T inform us that the new password requires at least 8 characters: an uppercase, lower case, number and special character. Had you done that I wouldn't have wasted all this time. So... kindly save another client this same aggravation and be mindful that everyone is not as tech savvy as you think you are.

Highlight item rejected
I think that when a claim rejects it would be helpful if the reject item was highlighted. The reason for this it would make me aware that I am not looking at my claim closely enough or I forgot to check to see if the payer ID is on Apex.

printing
you need to bring back the option of printing the list of claims that were filed.
Once you up loaded claims you used to be able to print the list which showed what patient, insurance and date of service was filed so you could keep it or use it to make notes of documenting it was done.1 vote -
payer status
Can you please add a claim status for complete for a search option. I never get one that says denied it says complete instead. I can not list all the complete ones without that option.

THAT ONCE A CLAIM IS PROCESSED FOR IT TO BE REMOVED FORM INSURANCE RESPONSE AND THAT DUPLICATE AFTER 3 DAYS SHOULD BE REMOVED
THAT AFTER 6 MONTHS THE CLAIMS ARE PUT INTO A JUNK FILE OR REMOVED FROM THIS PART OF APEX .
